What you can send us
If you use the quote form or email us, you choose what to include. That often covers:
- Name, company, email address, and phone number
- Origin, U.S. destination, destination type, cargo description, carton or pallet count, dimensions, weight, mode preference, Incoterms preference, HS code if you include one, ready date, and notes
Please do not send passport scans, bank details, or other records we do not need in order to quote a shipment.
How the quote form is delivered
This build does not post the quote form to a server. Submitting it opens an email draft addressed to [email protected], in the mail app on your device. We receive the message only if you send it. You can also write to that address without using the form.
There is no account system on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to a quote request, ask a follow-up, and keep ordinary business correspondence about a shipment you asked us to price. If you accept a quote, the same details are used to book and document that shipment.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to quote, to move a shipment you accepted, and to meet ordinary commercial record-keeping. Email [email protected] if you want to know what we still have from a specific request.
Cookies and analytics
The pages we ship do not set advertising cookies and do not include a third-party analytics script. Your browser, and a form provider if this build uses one, may process technical data under their own rules. If we add analytics later, this page will say so before those pages are published.
Who else sees shipment details
We do not sell personal information. We share cargo and contact details with a carrier, trucker, warehouse, or broker when that sharing is part of quoting or moving a shipment you asked us to handle, or when the law requires it.
Where the information goes
You are writing to a company in Shenzhen, China. If this build uses a form endpoint, that provider may process the submission in another country. Email you send yourself travels through your mail provider.
Children
This site is for business inquiries. It is not directed at children.
