What we arrange
Ocean freight, full container and shared container. Air freight. Door-to-door routing when you want the ends included. DDP or DAP terms when you want them written into the price. Amazon FBA inbound. Oversized pieces, quoted from the dimensions. Customs coordination with a licensed broker when the entry needs one. Final-mile delivery when that leg is on the quote.
We book carriers and destination partners for the shipment. We do not describe those parties as Shibida assets.
How quote requests are handled
A person at Shenzhen Shibida Cross-border Supply Chain Co., Ltd. reads the request. The reply goes back by email to the address you used. The company operates in Shenzhen on China Standard Time (UTC+8). This site does not promise a response-time SLA. A written quote is not a booking until you accept it.

How this site is maintained
These pages describe China-to-USA freight services offered by Shenzhen Shibida Cross-border Supply Chain Co., Ltd.. The copy is written and edited for importers and Amazon sellers. Tools may assist drafting and editing. A person checks that a page does not add a rate card, a testimonial we did not receive, or a license we do not hold. There is no named-author page, because this site does not invent employee bios.
The process behind a number is on how we prepare a quote. The form is Request a Shipping Quote.
What you will not find on this website
- A U.S. street address, or a claim of a U.S. office
- A claim that Shibida owns a warehouse in the United States
- An FMC license number, or any other license number
- Customer logos, testimonials, or case studies
- A fixed freight price, a rate index, or a guaranteed transit time
- A tracking login
Those items stay off the site until they are true and we can point at them. Until then, the pages stand on the services we will quote and the inbox where requests are read.
